To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
Ctrl+Z (or Command+Z on a Mac) is a common keyboard shortcut for Undo.
Update a paragraph style In the Format sidebar, do one of the following: If theres an Update button: Click Update. If theres only an asterisk: Click the style name, then move the pointer over the style name in the Paragraph Styles pop-up menu. Click the arrow that appears, then choose Redefine from Selection.
Replace an image Select the image that you want to replace. Click Image at the top of the Format sidebar on the right, then click Replace. Browse to choose a new image, then double-click it.
If you want to undo further changes, you can press Ctrl + Z or Command + Z multiple times. If you change your mind and decide you want to redo the changes you just undid, press Ctrl + Z on Windows or Command + Z on Mac to redo the changes.
To undo an action, press Ctrl + Z. To redo an undone action, press Ctrl + Y.
Click in the paragraph whose text direction you want to change. If you select multiple paragraphs, the text in all of them is formatted to match the first one you selected. In the Format sidebar on the right, click the Style button near the top. Click the Text Direction button to the right of the alignment buttons.
