With a Surface Pen, just start writing. On the Draw tab, select a pen to change the color and thickness. Use Lasso Select to circle anything youve written. Then, select Ink to Text to turn it into editable text.
Ink shows or hides any marks made by digital inking in the document. Insertions Deletions shows or hides inserted or deleted text. Formatting shows or hides formatting changes. Show Revisions in Balloons shows changes in balloons in the right margin.
Go to the Review tab and select Start Inking to display the Ink Tools and Pens tab.
Seven Ways to Correct Mistakes in Ink Drawings Add more ink dots or lines to blend the imperfection. Draw a new element/object, based on the mistake. Create a background or pattern. Apply some watercolor washes or colored pencil/marker covering.
On the Draw tab, select the Ink to Text Pen tool. Start writing in an empty space near the location you want to add text to, and then write as you normally would. To quickly make updates and even apply formatting to the converted text, use the selection or editing gestures.
To turn off drawing mode after youve drawn what you want, press the Esc key. This action puts you back into selection mode.
