Where are the Family Tree Maker media files?

Browse to C:\Users\[User Name]Your [User Name] will vary depending on how you set up your computer. If you do not see your own name, your files are most likely in something generic, such as Owner or User. \Documents\Family Tree Maker directory.

How do I refresh my family tree app?

In the Family Tree Mobile app, navigate to an individuals details. On the right side, above the dark bar that includes the name, tap the 3 dots icon. Tap More. Tap Refresh Person.

How do I undo a merge in family tree?

Steps (mobile app) Navigate to the person who was merged. In the upper right, tap the 3 dots. Android: Tap Recent Changes. Look for a change that is outlined in green (iOS) or blue (Android). Tap Unmerge. Explain why, and tap Unmerge.
