to find unhighlight words in word click on a Home tab and choose a color from a text highlight color in the font group you know the text highlight color is selected because the background is shaded press the ctrl or command + H keys on your keyboard to bring up Find and Replace type the word you want to find in the find what window click on the moreamp;#39; button to find exact word matches check the match case and or find whole words if using much case make sure you have typed the word using the correct case you can also edit define Mattieamp;#39;s selecting other available options took the cursor in the replace with window click on format and select highlight click on replace all you the words have now been highlighted thanks for watching and see you in the next video

The first step is to open Microsoft word, and Click Review at the top of the page. Click Editor dropdown. Click Auto Correct Options in the dropdown. Click Replace text as you type checkbox to turn it on.
Find and replace text Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. To specify only upper or lowercase in your search, select More Match case.
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
The Text Highlight Color option in the Font group should have an arrow next to it; click it. Click on More Colors from the dropdown menu. Click on More Colors from the dropdown menu. Choose the color that you want to use by adjusting the sliders under Red, Green, and Blue.
