hello my CNC brother or sister Iamp;#39;m Garrett with IDC Woodcraft the company you get your CNC router bits from if you have decided to upgrade your CNC router to a spindle like Iamp;#39;ve done on my longmill here one of the things that you have to take into account is putting a dwell command into your programs so that the spindle has time to wind up you know when you use the Makita router when you hit the on button it just turns right on itamp;#39;s right up to speed spindles take a little bit of time and generally about 3 seconds 4 seconds before they get up to speed so you need to set up your post processor so itamp;#39;ll always incorporate whatamp;#39;s called a dwell command and that dwell command tells the G-Code or the program thatamp;#39;s telling your machine what to do that itamp;#39;s going to wait for that spindle to come up to speed so if you have decided to upgrade to a spindle then we have to add that dwell command to your post-pr processor what Iamp;#39;m go
