i donamp;#39;t know what anybody else does for uh collector flange gaskets but i started doing this about 12 13 14 years ago or something you got your you know this is the other for it you got this lip right in the middle of there thatamp;#39;s what screws up the gasket itamp;#39;s just got that little lip this width is cut in half and then this is fighting against the other lip that was here so i just get my stuff positioned it up tack it and iamp;#39;ll just fry it on there and then after itamp;#39;s welded iamp;#39;ll come back in and grind this lip down to where itamp;#39;s all flashed with this flange which is what i already did here i already welded the back flap you know just one of the way you want to make sure you get this turned the direction you want the first time i did it i had one of these points and it ended up being pointing right at my front drive shaft it worked okay but damn it was close make sure you position that and then pull it up tight this one had a litt
