hi this is Eric Elder today weamp;#39;re going to be formatting the interior of my book right with me I am in pages on my Mac but itamp;#39;s this is all very similar if youamp;#39;re on word or Google Docs or LibreOffice or you know whatever your word processor is youamp;#39;ll have similar features so Iamp;#39;m just going to show how I go from something like this which is a standard double space Courier 12 point font all I have is basic Bolding on my titles everythingamp;#39;s sort of just double space no indents nothing special big eight and a half Eleven by sheet of paper and a lot of people like to do this just for proofreading and editing and this is what you would turn into a publisher double spaced Courier 12 point nothing fancy I do italicize things you see here like with the end in mind I do capitalize some things you know I do I I will bold things Iamp;#39;ll have some caps and things but basically itamp;#39;s itamp;#39;s sort of raw and unformatted uh and in tradi

You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
With the current version of your document open, choose File Revert To Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the document opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.
Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen), then click Rulers at the top of the settings window. Select any of the options: Show guides at object center: Indicate when an objects center aligns with another objects center or the center of the page.
Redo an action To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
If you want to undo further changes, you can press Ctrl + Z or Command + Z multiple times. If you change your mind and decide you want to redo the changes you just undid, press Ctrl + Z on Windows or Command + Z on Mac to redo the changes.
Use auto-correction Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically. With autocorrection on, do any of the following:
