hey guys if youamp;#39;re wanting to insert a border into a Google Doc thereamp;#39;s only one very simple way that you can do that and thatamp;#39;s by inserting a single cell table and formatting the border of that table so to do that weamp;#39;re just going to go to table at the top of our Google Doc menu options and when we hover over insert table weamp;#39;re just going to select a single cell normally when you insert a table you can select how much how many cells you want how big you want to be weamp;#39;re just gonna select a single cell okay and once thatamp;#39;s in there what weamp;#39;re gonna do is weamp;#39;re gonna click and drag the bottom of that table to the bottom of our screen without going over onto the second page and then up the top on the right hand side youamp;#39;ll notice these options here it allows us to change the border color the border width and the border - so Iamp;#39;m going to change my border color from black to green Iamp;#39;m then goin

On your computer, open a document at Google Docs. Select the text you want to change. A button appears on the right margin. Click Suggest edits . Click the suggestion box, click the text field, write a response, and click Reply. To approve a change, click the checkmark. It will then become part of the document. To reject a change, click the X, and the suggestion will disappear.
To modify border color: Right-click anywhere in the table. Select Table properties from the menu that appears. The Table Properties dialog box will appear. Click the Table border color drop-down arrow, then select the desired color. Click OK. The new border color will be applied to the table.
