hello my name is Josiah Ray Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to create a frame for a page in Microsoft Word so basically adding a a fancy border around it for a certificate or birthday card something like that so Iamp;#39;ve got word open here and Iamp;#39;m going to come up to the page layout tab and under here for the page background area weamp;#39;re going to click page borders and this is a very similar border uh sort of dialogue box to where you would get for um any kind of like a text box or the cells in a table that kind of thing and what we want to do is we can select uh the color for the borders and manually apply them or we can come down to Art and if we select art weamp;#39;ve got a whole bunch of like tons and tons of different images that we can have repeat around it if we click on them it gives us a little kind of demonstration and I really like the color ones so like the the cherries or cake birthday cake itamp;#39;s h very festive and itamp;#39;s kind of

Click the picture, shape, or WordArt you want to resize. To increase or decrease the size in one or more directions, drag a sizing handle away from or toward the center, while doing one of the following: To keep the objects center in the same place, press and hold the OPTION key while you drag the sizing handle.
