we pressurize these tanks at several times throughout the process when were called onto the floor well review all the paperwork see where were at so when we pressure test these tanks theyre done for at the minimum at least one hour all right so whenever we start the pressure test well write down what they are [Music] and then when the time is up usually like i said an hour sometimes two hours uh well go through itll be myself one of the supervisors and obvious and also another qc tech at times so we can have anywhere from two to three people checking this tank all around well go through and what we do is we do a soap and water test and we find any leaks well know if theres any leaks when we see any uh bubbles forming from the soap and while were here well also check the weld quality and make sure theyre up to uh up to aws standards well check the pressure gauges we have a set tolerance to make sure it doesnt go anywhere beneath that set tolerance if everything is good w
