How to rework code in WRD

When you have multiple code sections in a Microsoft Word document, I recommend you to create a style for a code snippet box. And thats exactly what we are going to do right now. In the first step, we select a code section in our document and we change the font to Courier New. Then we click on the little arrow in the bottom right corner of the Paragraph section and in the new window we check the box which says Dont add space between paragraphs of the same style. Additionally, lets set the line spacing to Single line. Once we confirm these steps with OK, the code will already be a lot more compact. To create a box effect, we again go to the Paragraph section in the Home tab and click on the little arrow next to the shading button. From the palette, we can now select a color and Im going to select a light grey color, since this is the most commonly used color for code snippet backgrounds. To get rid of the annoying grammar and spell-checking
