donamp;#39;t do yes or no values like this in Google Sheets instead you should use check boxes so just highlight your area insert and check box and this does two things it looks better and it gives you true Boolean values that you can use in formulas later so if I wanted to have a formula for the percent attended you could do that easily by using the Boolean values in account if function so countif and then select your row and then count if itamp;#39;s true so if itamp;#39;s checked itamp;#39;s going to count it then if we want to get the total percent attended so total percent checked we would divide by the total amount of columns we have here so that would be five that would give us 0.8 or 80 percent so then weamp;#39;re going to turn that into a percent so let me just format this and now whenever you check a box it should automatically update the percentage

Leave without pay (LWP) refers to extended periods of time off from work that are unpaid. LWP can be voluntary or involuntary. Employees may request LWP if they need time off but have exhausted their paid vacation or sick leave.
It allows employees to take leaves for personal, medical, or other reasons without pay. Their job is protected for the LWP duration. Employees do not get paid their regular salary and wages during LWP. Benefits may also be impacted. Leave without pay must be requested and approved based on company policies.
Sometimes it happens that an employee has come to work but attendance is not marked due to a manual or technical issue, the attendance mechanism records a LOP (Loss of Pay), and salary for the day is deducted. This LOP needs to be reversed or reimbursed by the employer and thus the employee received a reverse salary.
LOP Reversal Meaning It generally happens when an employee has exhausted all their leave balance and still avails more leaves, those leaves are considered as loss of pay.
LOP reversal is the process of rectifying deductions made from an employees salary due to unapproved leave or errors in payroll processing. For instance, assume an employee takes sick leave but fails to submit a medical certificate on time, or the leave is retrospectively approved post-deduction.
LWP is leave without pay. Many organizations authorize leave of absence of employees with no paid leaves in his/her credit. Usually when an employee stay out of office without formal approval, it is termed as unauthorized absenteeism.
