hello everyone we are MRT technical support team the case we are demonstrating is wd-10 jmvw the drive has been stuck in busy state after powering on even if the drive is ready later the firmware of the drive cannot be operated normally in this case we disable the zero two module of the drive first here the disable failed we talked to the user and asked him to short pin the hard drive board disable of zero two module in the shorted state was immediately successful reset the drive power click on load current device information we can see that we have read the factory model and serial number obtaining the drive firmware was also successful the next step is to switch the SED off this step is very important for this drive if you donamp;#39;t switch the SED status later on after repairing the drive and opening the zero two module there will be no firmware reading so here we switch the SED status in advance then because the drive has a slow boot problem the zero two module still nee
