Open the file you want to restore and go to File Info. If the file has previous versions, youll see a button named Version History. Select it to see the list of versions. In the Version History pane on the right, select a version to view it.
Once youve connected to a data source, you can refresh that data and all of the objects like Charts, Functions, Extracts, and Pivot Tables associated with that data. To the right, under Refresh options, click the items you want to refresh. To refresh all of the data, at the bottom right, click Refresh all.
Open the file you want to view. Click the title of your file and select Version history. Select a version to open it in a separate window.
