What is the reroll rule in DD?

When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. Most of them work like that. They say you can reroll but must use the new one.

How to roll for a character in DD?

Roll your stats by rolling 4 x 6-sided dice, dropping the lowest number, and adding the remaining total. Do this for each stat (there are 6). Alternatively, calculate your stats using the Point Buy or Standard Array, which dont require rolling and limit variation in character stats.

How to make a DD character with dice?

Use the total of the 6d20 to create stats for the character. You may add or subtract from stats ing to the character. Total for all ability scores must equal the total of the rolled dice. No individual stat may not be higher than the highest rolled individual number, and may not be higher than 18.

How does rolling work in DD?

There are actually two ten sided dice in a standard 7-dice DD set. The faces of one are numbered 0 to 9, and the faces of the other go from 00 to 90 by tens. To make a percentile roll, you roll both die and add them together, with one exception: a double zero roll is 100.

How to roll for ability scores?

An ability score is determined by rolling 4d6 and discard the lowest score.

How to roll up a character in DD?

You roll 4 six-sided dice (4d6) and then discard the lowest roll. This process is repeated until you have six numbers, which you then allocate to your six abilities: Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.
