hey friends this is Eric white with openxml developer. org today Iamp;#39;m going to go through the new docx commandlet that is part of the new power tools for open XML version 3.0 first point is if you havenamp;#39;t watched the introduction to power tools for open XML 3.0 I recommend that you do that before you watch this screencast itamp;#39;ll enable you to play around with the various things that Iamp;#39;m going to show you today the command that Iamp;#39;m going to talk about today is the new docx commandlet we can of course go into Windows Explorer and we can rightclick in some directory and we can click on the new option on the context menu and we could create a new word document here that thatamp;#39;s all fine and good it creates an empty document and if I want to play around with some feature of that document I can go into word I can edit that document and then eventually I can look at that document in the open XML package editor power tool to look at the markup that
