The Apple Care Technician program is a two class, four hour each. Both courses are taught during a single semester, theyamp;#39;re eight-week courses that provide students with the knowledge [equipment beeping] to become apprentice level technician for repairs [vaccuum sound] on every piece of equipment that Apple manufactures. Thereamp;#39;s an initial demand for technicians, not just in Apple stores, but in third party vendors that do repairs that are certified to do repairs on Apple equipment. Apple support has been phenomenal. Theyamp;#39;ve supplied us with computers, with laptops, with iPads, with tools. Theyamp;#39;ve given us grant money to get this program started.
