To change the default caption style in Word, we click into one of our captions and then in the Styles section within the Home tab, we click on the little arrow in the bottom right corner. In this new window, the Caption style should already be selected. If not, then youll have to search for it in that window. When we move the cursor over the Caption style, an arrow will appear and we now click on that arrow and select Modify. In the new window, we can already chance standard stuff like the font, font size, color and so on. But we will get full access to all the settings when clicking on the Format button. Here we can for example open the extended font settings or also the extended paragraph settings. Once we are done, we have to decide if we want this change to affect only the current document or also all the new documents we create in the future. And with a click on OK, the changes will be saved and applied. If this video helped you, then
