this is going to be a video tutorial on how to add a caption to an image in microsoft powerpoint iamp;#39;ll be using office 365 on a desktop pc for this let me jump over to powerpoint here okay i have powerpoint opened up now and i have a slide presentation here if you want to add a caption to an image i have an image right here powerpoint does not have a built-in way to do that you kind of have to manually do it uh what you want to do is go to the insert tab up top click on it go down to where it says text box and click on that then youamp;#39;ll draw yourself out a uh text box here and then you could type whatever you would like in it now iamp;#39;m gonna grab the side of my text box iamp;#39;m gonna reduce the size of my text box here you could change your uh text to whatever size you want whatever color you want and then you could uh select the bounding box around your text box and you can move it to wherever you would like and that would be the way that you would add
