To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4. (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Redo on the Quick Access toolbar.
When Microsoft Excel detects a corrupted workbook upon opening, it automatically starts File Recovery mode and attempts to repair the workbook. If File Recovery mode doesnt start, try using this manual process to recover your workbook: Click File Open.
Theres a dedicated folder on Microsoft office name in your local file system. This folder is purposed to store the recent version of all your unsaved excel files. The folder can be accessed with a few simple steps. Select Open, on the bottom section, choose the Recover Unsaved Workbooks option.
Open Excel and go to File Info Manage Workbook. Click Recover Unsaved Workbooks and see if your new work was automatically stored there.
Replace text or numbers with the Find Replace Press Ctrl+H or go to Home Find Select Replace. In Find what, type the text or numbers you want to find. You can further define your search: Within: To search for data in a worksheet or in an entire workbook, select Sheet or Workbook.

To redo the most recent action that you undid, press CTRL+Y. To redo several actions, do one of the following: Press CTRL+Y repeatedly until the actions are redone.
