Contact us
PDAX Account Verification Log in to your PDAX account. Click or tap on Verify my account. Fill in the Basic Information form. Proceed to the biometric check. Upload a valid ID. After uploading the required documents, you will be notified via email of the status of your verification request.
Enter the email address that you used to create your PDAX account and click reset password. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password (OTP). Check your spam or junk folder if you cant find our email in your inbox. Log in again to PDAX with your new password.
Select Account Management Updating my account information from the list of dropdown options. Fill out all the required information. Upload a photo or selfie of yourself holding a paper stating your request and the information being updated, along with three (3) specimen signatures.
Can I change my password at any time? Yes. You can update your password by logging into the website listed on the back of your Money Network card and selecting the My Profile option on the Dashboard.
If you received an error message that your account is locked upon logging in, you may have entered an incorrect password multiple times. To unlock your account: Return to the login screen and click or tap on Forgot password. Enter your registered PDAX email address on the forgot password screen.
Open your authenticator app, type the verification code for your account into the box, and then select Next. Type and confirm your new password, and then select Finish. After you get the message saying that your password has been reset, you can sign in to your account using your new password.
How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account Click on Security and select Add 2FA. Enter your password. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator. Enter the authentication code from Google Authenticator.
