If you have edit access to the form, you can go to Settings - Presentation - Confirmation message to edit the submit screen.
If you change the fields within the form, these will automatically update in the sheet too. However, once a form has been submitted, any data within it will not change within the spreadsheet.

Open your form in Google Forms. Click Responses. Click spreadsheet icon. Select response destination screen will be displayed. Select Select existing spreadsheet. Click Select. Choose a spreadsheet screen will be displayed. Click on an existing spreadsheet where you want to sync responses.

Form owners or collaborators can enable the edit after submit option in Google Forms to allow form respondents to edit the response they have submitted. When this option is enabled, an edit link will be included in the confirmation message shown after submit and the response receipt sent to their email.
