okay day 57 again uh Sunday September 4th this is a map of the National Park Im trying to figure out what my last Excursion here today is going to be yesterday I whipped up on myself with a super long hike up to probably 5 500 feet in elevation thats good news that I did a 10 mile hike and got that far up and really didnt struggle much um because six years ago I was hiking in Colorado and up at about nine to eleven thousand feet and when I was going uphill I was struggling in Prior years I had not struggled as much so probably been living in the low lands too long I lived in Memphis and then Florida which have no elevation at all but anyway this has been working out fine Im gonna take a shorter hike today and not beat myself up again my legs are a little tired and Im tired from getting up early every day lately but uh also not using this map but I got all my other maps for the trip decided what Im probably going to do first of all I discovered that all the places Im going south
