Now, I donamp;#39;t know about you, but one of the most annoying things is you have a PDF file, and you need to make a quick edit to it, or you need to insert a signature, and it turns out you have to get an app. Now most apps out there put a watermark on when you make edits or if you go for the official docHub app, it costs $14.99 per month. Luckily, there are some fantastic apps out there that let you edit PDFs, and they donamp;#39;t charge anything. Now, I had four different criteria that I looked for in a PDF editor. First off, I wanted it to be free or if it wasnamp;#39;t free, I wanted it to be an app that I already have. How To Add Insert Page Numbers to PDF: Import or drag drop your file to our PDF page number tool. Select the position where you want page numbers to appear. Adjust page margins and other options as needed. Click Number pages and wait just a second. Download your PDF with page numbersthats it!
From the Edit tool, select Header and footer, then Add or Update. Youll then see this window with the customizable header and footer settings. Choose your font settings to adjust the appearance of your footer numbers. Click on Page Number and Date Format to customize the position of your page numbers.
Select the PDF document you want to correct. Click on the Correct button. The document will open in the editor. Use the various editing tools to make the necessary corrections.
To correct the page numbers: Select the pages to be renumbered. Access the context menu for the selected pages and select Number Pages. In the Page Numbering dialog, select the lowercase Roman numeral style and the starting page (1 by default, which is correct in this case) Select OK.
Highlight any existing content. Select the font from the dropdown menu in the Format panel on the right. Modify the style, size, weight, position, and color. Select any of the styling controls to edit the text appearance bold, italic, underline, superscript and subscript.

Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while clicking a button to display the Bullets And Numbering dialog box. Choose Bullets And Numbering from the Paragraph panel or Command panel. For List Type, choose either Bullets or Numbers. Specify the settings you want, and then click OK.
Open a file in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list.
