so um sorry what what ill do is ill start off with uh making a small assumption lets lets take uh for granted um that you are not the site owner or the team thats actually built the site uh how do you look at a site and figure out what are the areas of improvement what are the things that you should watch out for and you know things that are working great things that need improvement and and so on um one of the first things i do is if possible ask the site owners what the back-end stack is and sometimes i think youve you you would have first-hand experience in this youll get a mixed bag of responses sometimes um you get all the information sometimes the information is partial um a good tool to get you started uh with this is uh built with thats i think uh always been my first uh you know stop uh so for this session we asked our friends and we had a couple of you know opt-in sites where we were able to you know do some audits and analysis and show you how you can do this for yo
