Today Ill address two issues that may be of particular importance to Deans, Department heads, and members of departmental or college RPT committees: best practices for assessment and recommendation documents, and accuracy in voting. The assessments written by Departmental Voting Faculty and College RPT Committees, and the recommendations written by the Department Head and Deans for RPT dossiers are critically important for informing next level evaluators in the review process.
