in this video we are going to see that how can we make our word document single spaced so um as you can see right now the document is not single space there is some kind of an extra space between all of these letters that is available so first of all letamp;#39;s just remove any kind of a formatting that is available like underline and italics that was available i have removed it the line spacing is like too much which is not looking very good so what we are going to do is first of all make sure these all the extra spaces between the paragraphs are removed and then what we are going to do is make sure the paragraphs itself are single spaced so how do we do that if you donamp;#39;t want to apply it to the whole document you just want to apply it to only a part of the document you can just select that particular paragraph or the particular lines where you want to single space them if you want for the whole document you can simply use ctrl a to select the whole document then right click
