Hi Mike Hathaway, Chief Product Officer for Ascertia here. In this short video, weamp;#39;ll take a look at the new gatekeeper feature thatamp;#39;s been added to docHub. A docHub gatekeeper is a user thatamp;#39;s been configured by a docHub signer who doesnamp;#39;t want to receive all documents being sent to them to be signed. The gatekeeper will have all the documents for the signers sent to them where they can be reviewed, accepted or rejected. Accepted documents are sent to the signer to enable the workflow to continue as usual so letamp;#39;s take a look at what this configuration looks like so Iamp;#39;ll log into my account. Weamp;#39;ll take a look underneath my settings delegated settings so here we go simple check box to say that allow a user to act as a gatekeeper to review documents on my behalf. Add an alternative signer Below the Actions menu (in the right-hand column), a list of recipients will be provided. Click on a recipient. If you see an option to Add Alternate Recipient you can specify another person to sign on the original recipients behalf.
If youre not the right person to sign a document, you can assign someone else. For example, you transfer to a different position and no longer have signing responsibility for certain types of documents. The new signer can be anyone, provided that you know their email address.
Change your e-signature in new Acrobat From the signature dialog, select the cross (X) sign beside the previously added signature. Select the X sign. Select the X sign. To add a replacement signature to the document, select Add Signature.
Change your e-signature in the current Acrobat Select Sign Yourself from the menu bar, and then select the minus (-) sign beside the signature you added previously. To add a replacement signature to the document, select Add Signature. Type, design, or select a new signature image to replace the existing one.
Replace your signature Mouse over your name in the upper-right corner of the window. Select the My Profile option. Click Clear to delete the existing signature file. Create your new signature per the above process.
To replace a signer, you can select Manage this agreement from the confirmation page or go directly to the Manage tab and then select the agreement. Ill select this current agreement in progress. And then navigate to the recipient section in the right hand pane and hover over the information bubble.
