There is no standard procedure if one wants to change his signatures. One can have as many ways of signing, but the only thing is that you must own up and say that you have affixed the signature.
Open Gmail. See all settings. Under General, scroll to Signature and click the signature you want to edit. Use the text box to make your changes.
Click your profile image to show the account actions menu. The account listed below your image is the current account in use. Select Switch Account.
Assign to Someone Else: Reassign the signing responsibility to another person. Provide the new signers name, email address, SMS information (telephone number) and a reason for the change. The sender receives a notification of the change including the new signers info and the reason for the change.
After opening the documents, in the top menu, select OTHER ACTIONS Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signers email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When youre finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
The Change PowerForm Sender window opens, listing all users on your account who have PowerForm permissions. The current sender is selected. Select the new sender and select DONE. The PowerForm sender is updated and the new sender displays on the PowerForms list.
As there is no strict rule or procedure outlining the process, the only thing needed to make the affidavit valid is to print it on non-judicial stamp paper and get a notary to seal it. As long as a sample of the new signature is attached and the affidavit is docHubd, it is considered as legally valid.
