donamp;#39;t ever try to fix CSV data manually it takes forever so if you ever find yourself having messy data like this watch How I fix it in five seconds press control space to select the whole column and then press alt a e to bring up this menu press delimited next and then select your delimiter which in my case is a comma next and then select your destination and press finish there you go now we have it all in different columns but itamp;#39;s still a little messy so letamp;#39;s fix that press Ctrl a to select the whole thing and then alt hoi to fix the cell sizes and then weamp;#39;re going to turn it into a table press Ctrl T and select my table has headers there you go

Making a CSV file readable Locate your CSV file and open it with Excel. Mark column A (1) and enter the Data tab in the top menu (Alt + A): Select Text to Columns. Select Delimitedand click Next Tick off Tab and Comma. Click on Advanced
Files in CSV format should have the extension . csv. The CRLF character (CR = Carriage Return, LF= Line Feed) is used to separate the individual data sets (rows) (Windows operating systems), i.e. each data set must be followed by a CRLF.
Click the Data tab, and select From Text. Find your CSV file stored on your computer, and click Open. In the Text Import Wizard window, be sure Delimited is selected as your file type. In the File origin drop down, select 65001 : Unicode (UTF-8) Check the My Data has headers box. Click the Next button.
Resolution Open the CSV in Notepad. (Dont use Excel to open the CSV file because the quotation marks may not be visible in Excel). On the Edit menu, select Replace. In the Find what box, type , leave the Replace with box blank, and then select Replace All. Note. Save the file, and then import it to Microsoft 365.
Open your CSV using a text editor. Press Enter/Return to create a new line at the very top, and add sep=; if the separator used in the CSV is a semicolon (;), or sep=, if the separator is a comma (,). Save your changes (command + S or control + S), then re-open in any Spreadsheet app.
Issues with data values can be a docHub cause of CSV importing errors. These include unexpected data length either too long or too short. It could also mean unacceptable characters such as text in a numbers-only column or numbers in a boolean (a boolean is a data type with two possible values: True or false.)
Go to File Save As. Click Browse. In the Save As dialog box, under Save as type box, choose the text file format for the worksheet; for example, click Text (Tab delimited) or CSV (Comma delimited).
Find Replace is used for just this. You can access it from the Edit Find Replace menu or by pressing Ctrl-F on the keyboard. You will then see the following dialog: Enter the phrase or word you are looking for and the corresponding one to replace it with if any.
