Click at the top of the document where the title of the file appears. In the box that appears, click at the bottom on Version history. You will now see a box on the right with a list of previous versions of a document. Click on Open version to see a previous version.
Go to Review Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select one of the following: To track only the changes that you make to the document, select Just Mine.
If you open your Downloaded Word Template and are unable to edit, this generally means that you are in Protected View. To edit the template, select Enable Editing at the top of your word document. Once you select this option you can now edit your template.
To make changes to a document, in the upper-right corner, select Edit Document Edit. If someone else created the document, they might not allow editing. You can go to File Save as, save it with another name, and edit the new document. Or you can ask the document owner to enable editing.

How to Accept All Track Changes at Once in Microsoft Word Click on the Review tab above the text field. Click the Show Markup tool button (in the Tracking group). Clear all the ticked options except the Formatting option. Click the arrow on the Accept icon (in the Changes group). Choose to Accept All Changes Shown.
If you dont see the status of track changes in your status bar at the bottom of Word, then you probably want to turn that feature on. Right-click anywhere on the status bar, and where it says Track changes, make sure there is a checkmark beside it. Trust me, if track changes are on, you want to know.
To track only your own changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes Just Mine. To track everyones changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes For Everyone. Note: To turn Track Changes off, select Track Changes again.
