So, hereamp;#39;s the problem. A lot of times when you receive documents youamp;#39;ll notice that people have used extra returns, like here between these two paragraphs. Thereamp;#39;s not just a return from the word theme to the word when, thereamp;#39;s two returns here. And they did this to try to make the right amount of space. But thatamp;#39;s not a right way to do things. In the same way, you see here, after the period, somebody went in and put in two spaces after the period. And so if you want to clean this sort of thing up, you can use Find and Replace to make that happen. And whatamp;#39;s more, you can use recorded macros to be able to repeat this over and over again. You can also view the document history from the File menu. Simply click File, then Info, then select Versions from the dropdown. From here, you can view a list of all the edits which have been made on the document, as well as the names of the people who made them and the dates they were made.
How to Accept All Track Changes at Once in Microsoft Word Click on the Review tab above the text field. Click the Show Markup tool button (in the Tracking group). Clear all the ticked options except the Formatting option. Click the arrow on the Accept icon (in the Changes group). Choose to Accept All Changes Shown.
Click at the top of the document where the title of the file appears. In the box that appears, click at the bottom on Version history. You will now see a box on the right with a list of previous versions of a document. Click on Open version to see a previous version.
Go to Review Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select one of the following: To track only the changes that you make to the document, select Just Mine.

To track only your own changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes Just Mine. To track everyones changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes For Everyone. Note: To turn Track Changes off, select Track Changes again.
If you dont see the status of track changes in your status bar at the bottom of Word, then you probably want to turn that feature on. Right-click anywhere on the status bar, and where it says Track changes, make sure there is a checkmark beside it. Trust me, if track changes are on, you want to know.
Use Track Changes Select Review Track Changes to turn it on. Make edits in your document and Word captures any edits you make. Select Review Track Changes to turn it off. Word stops making new edits, and any made stay in the document.
