hello Iamp;#39;m Mary Dee Brown here I am going to show how to edit an ePub file on computer editing an ePub and epub is basically a zip file containing nested folders with XHTML text images cascading style sheets CSS embedded fonts and metadata files almost anyone can edit ePub files with the help of an ebooks editing tool although some familiarity with a hypertext markup language HTML is helpful the following activities steps all require that you have to edit content an ePub file one right click on the file select rename and change the extension from epub to zip then docHub enter to save the name change you windows will warn you about changing the file type click yes to proceed you suppose if the extension does not show you then follow the below select the view tab and then uncheck the box beside hide extensions for known file types click okay and then change the file type as above you - now you can search the files of the ePub file observe that it contains mostly HTML or XHTML files
