After an envelope get completed (all signers have signed it) you cannot edit to add an amendment for example. In cases like that, you need to copy that completed envelope, copying an envelope will bring the signed document, so you need to add the amendment document then send to the same recipients again to sign it.
How do I Correct or Void a completed envelope? You can only correct or void envelopes in an In-process state: Created, Sent, and Delivered. Once an envelope is in a terminal state: Completed (signed), Declined, or Voided it can no longer be corrected or voided.
Once the completed document is accessed, proceed to make necessary changes by using editing tools, tracking revisions, and utilizing redline features for clear modifications. Editing tools within the platform allow users to modify text, insert additional content, or remove unwanted sections with ease.
Editing Recipients: To edit a recipient, click the Edit link to the left of the recipients name and repeat steps 2 and 3. Changing Recipient Order: You can change the order in which recipients receive the envelope by typing a different value in the Order field or by dragging and dropping the row into a new position.
