everyone today were going to go through how to accept a quote in xero and how to then turn that quote into an invoice so this is the step that would come after youve already sent your contact a quote theyve read through it and theyre happy to go ahead so youd come up the top here to the business tab and youd click on quotes you then want to go ahead to your sent items find the invoice you want to approve highlight that and click accept it will then automatically moved from the sent tab over to accepted again you want to find the quote that you want in our invoice select that and click create invoice and Mark as invoiced as well now this is great because essentially xero does all the work for you instead of you now having to generate an invoice yourself it inputs all the data you put into your quote into an invoice you just have to review and accept it so make sure you highlight a due date this invoice will be due make sure youre happy with all the information and then click appr
