Im using a PC running Windows 10 and I have an HP Officejet 6830 if youre having the issue with it being grayscale when youre doing printing cut from Cricut when you click to send it to the printer click the Advanced Options link and when the print window appears click the Preferences button here if you are printing on photo paper you could actually select that and then select the type of photo paper youre using or if youre doing stickers or regular paper we have it set to everyday printing theres no need to do border lists because crickets gon gonna only work within that certain amount of frame size so you dont have to print edge to edge but click on print quality and make sure the color option is selected and not the black and white you can also change from normal printing to best if youd like then click OK and continue to print by clicking the print button and your print should now be in color
