The Outlook clients must download the offline address book updates every 48 hours. This update can take several hours. At worst, it can take 48 hours.
First, you will need to log in to your team account. Click on the team you are associated with. On the left hand navigation, click Staff. Click on your name and a flyout window will appear on the right of your screen. Click View Full Profile. You will be taken to your Basic Info and can edit your phone number here.
You can manually synchronise your address book with the Global Address Book. In Outlook, click File, select Account Settings, then select Download Address Book Uncheck Download changes since last Send/Receive, then click OK.
How to update your Offline Global Address Book Once you have your Outlook open, go to the SEND / RECEIVE tab. Select the option Send/Receive Groups and, from that menu, click on the Download Address Book option. A pop-up window will appear. As it is completing the update, this screen will appear.
Click the Your Info tab at the top. On this new page, click Edit account info. Then, sign into your account again. Select the phone number you want to change, then click Remove.
Updating the Global Address Book in Outlook Click File. Click Account Settings. Click Download Address Book. Make sure the Download changes since last Send/Receive box is checked off in the Offline Address Book dialog box. Click OK. The Outlook Global Address Book is now up to date.
