Set the date and time automatically on your Mac On your Mac, choose Apple menu System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click Date Time on the right. Turn on Set time and date automatically, click Set, then enter a network time server for your region.
Select System Preferences from the Apple menu (Apple icon). Under the Date and Time option, click on Time Zone. Deselect the Set Time Zone Automatically Using Current Location and use the map to set the time zone manually. Or select your city from the Closest City menu.
