With the current version of your document open, choose File Revert To Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the document opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.
Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar.
You can undo recent changes you make to a document, then redo them if you change your mind. Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
If you are accessing Pages via the iCloud website in a web browser, you can undo by pressing Ctrl + Z on Windows, or Command + Z on Mac. This will undo any recent changes you have made. If you want to undo further changes, you can press Ctrl + Z or Command + Z multiple times.
To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4. (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Redo on the Quick Access toolbar. (The Redo button only appears after youve undone an action.)
pages can be edited in a variety of ways. Most of the common needs youll have for your text document are accounted for. Changing fonts, adding comments, hyperlinking phrases to the web and other standard editing tools all feature within the Pages document.
Use auto-correction Choose Pages Settings (from the Pages menu at the top of your screen). Click Auto-Correction at the top of the settings window, then select or deselect Correct spelling automatically. With autocorrection on, do any of the following:
Tap multiple times to undo all your recent actions. You can also use a three-finger swipe to the left to undo an action. Redo the last action: Touch and hold. , then tap Redo.
