Press Ctrl+F when you edit your document on Overleaf. This opens the search-and-replace dialogue window at the top right.
\pagebreak tries to make the page the same height as other pages if its possible (by stretching intervals between paragraphs etc) and \newpage just fills the page with empty space. Save this answer. Show activity on this post. \newpage forces a new page at the point at which it occurs.
The \pagebreak command tells LaTeX to break the current page at the point of the command. With the optional argument, number , you can convert the \pagebreak command from a demand to a request. The number must be a number from 0 to 4. The higher the number, the more insistent the request is.
With \pagebreak , the paragraphs on the cut page will spread out over the page, so you will not have empty space at the bottom. The old page will not look like it is the end of a chapter. On XeLaTeX both yield the same result for me, like \newpage in this answer.
TrackChanges is a package for collaboratively editing LaTeX documents. It allows multiple editors to make changes and add annotations to a document. These changes and notes will be color coded by editor and added to the compiled document.
\newpage. The \newpage command ends the current page.

The command \newpage (see \newpage ) also ends the current page, but without clearing pending floats. And, if LaTeX is in two-column mode then \newpage ends the current column while \clearpage and \cleardoublepage end the current page.
