To change the names and colors of Final Drafts revision sets, go to Production Revisions Setup Revision Settings (Windows) or Production Revisions (Mac). Overwrite the date placeholder text with the date you want and make any other changes to the revision sets attributes, including page color.
Go to Edit Select All; Go to Production Clear Revised.
Touch the Tools icon at the upper right and touch Revisions. Here you can toggle Revision mode on and off, show or hide the active revision set, view the collated script or show all revisions. You can also move to the next revision set and display revised pages with the appropriate colored background.
Go to Review Tracking Dialog Launcher . Select Advanced Options. Select the arrows next to the Color boxes and choose By author.
Choose Window Go To Color Inspector (or press Command-6). Click the Enhancements pop-up menu below the viewer and choose Show Color Inspector. Click the Color button at the top of the inspector. In the Video inspector, click the Color button to the right of a color correction to open it in the Color inspector.
The progression of colors varies from one production to the next, but a typical sequence would be: white, blue, pink, yellow, green, goldenrod, buff, salmon, cherry, tan, ivory, white (this time known as double white), and back to blue (double blue).
Go to Document Page Layout Colors. Youll see the selections for Text, Background and Invisibles colors. Click on the color swatch (Mac) or the down-arrow next to the swatch (Win) and a palette will open; select the color you want and click OK.
