Select Home Line and Paragraph Spacing, and choose the spacing you want. To customize spacing, select Line Spacing Options. You can adjust several areas including spacing before and after paragraphs.
Remove the Default Space Between Paragraphs: Set your cursor to the location of the paragraph spacing. Click on the Line and Paragraph Spacing icon in the Home Ribbon. Select Remove Extra Space to remove the extra space. This has to be done in each document unless you adjust your default settings.
