Adjust brightness and contrast in selected areas Do one of the following: Choose Enhance Adjust Lighting Brightness/Contrast to make adjustments directly to image pixels. Drag the sliders to adjust the brightness and contrast, then click OK.

If you want to adjust the color of the light rays so that they more closely match each other or other elements of your image, select the Light Rays layer you want to edit, then hit the Create New Fill or Adjustment button at the bottom of the Layers panel and select the Color Balance option.
