Hardware Revision means a modified version or modification of Hardware for Problem correction.
Cell revision is the revision number of the design of the cells used in your battery. Your battery is using cell revision number 164. The complete specification of the cells used in that battery, down to the tiniest detail, are on a drawing somewhere inside Apple with the title Cell revision #164.

Use Erase All Content and Settings From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar. Click Transfer or Reset on the right. Click Erase All Content and Settings. Dont see this button?
If your Mac display doesnt look right If the display is black or dim: Try adjusting your displays brightness. If images are too large or too small: Try adjusting your displays resolution. If the colors dont look right: Try using the display profile designed for your display.
