Keep or discard ink annotations At the end of your slide show, when youre about to return to Normal (editing) view, PowerPoint gives you the opportunity to save your ink annotations. Choose Discard to get rid of the annotations. Choose Keep to save the ink-pen annotations on the slides.
PowerPoint: Apply an Ink Replay animation for a slide show Tap the Animations tab, and then select Replay or Rewind from the Animation Effects gallery. Replay starts with the ink not showing and then plays the ink strokes in the sequence they were drawn.
To convert ink youve drawn elsewhere on your slide Draw or write in digital ink. Select your ink by tapping on it, or using the Lasso selection tool. On the Draw tab, choose Ink to Text, Ink to Shape, or Ink to Math. Or just click the Convert Your Ink button.
By default, the color of the pen is red, but several colors available. To change the color of the pen: In Presenter View, click the Pen icon at the lower left portion of the slide: On the pop-up menu, point to Ink Color, and then select the color you want.
Control + A Revert to the arrow pointer. Control + M Hide all ink marks on the slide. Press the shortcut a second time to make all ink reappear. Control + E Activate the eraser to erase one drawing at a time.
You can set an animation effect (or sequence of effects) to return to its original state, or repeat. On the Animations pane, expand the Timing section, then do one or both of the following: To play an animation effect more than once, select an option in the Repeat list.
Good news: This option is easier thank the Ink Replay / Drawing Animation one and is available on more versions of PowerPoint. Go into presenter mode (i.e., start presenting) Start moving your mouse, and then look to the bottom left for a bar that will pop up. Click the icon that looks like a pen.
