hi guys were gonna talk about how to stay organized when working with final draft and revisions colors and all those things that you might want to pull your hair out when youre going into production or doing serious rewrites so Im going to show you the folder structure that I developed this is just one project out of many its where to click this folder and represents one film and then within that folder well see all the different folders so the only folder were gonna focus on today is the script and vision folder and within that folder or a look at the script folder and then youll see that we have all these possible revision colors white blue pink yellow green and the film world we dont call them version 1 2 3 we call them colors so what were gonna do is open up the FTX folder that says FDX clean and as youll see i have an FBX clean folder and FDX revisions folder and a PDF clean and PDF revisions so lets open up a final draft folder and Ive labeled this the name of the pro
