Open the file and select Advanced Processing Process Index. and select Embedded Index from the list. The Embedded Index dialog box appears, which allows creating, updating and removing an embedded index. To create an embedded index for the active PDF document, click Create.
Start the docHub Acrobat application and open a PDF document using File Open from the main menu. Select Plug-Ins Links Generate Links Link Table of Contents To Pages to open the Create Links For Table of Contents dialog.
View status history of a PDF file Open a document for viewing. In the top right click the Info button which is the letter i in a circle. A drawer opens from the right-hand side with 4 tabs. The Activity tab shows all actions taken on the document, including when and by whom.
Click the Previous View button or use Alt+Back Arrow.
The Previous View tool is like the Back button on a web browser. It immediately returns you to the place you just came from. You should memorize the keyboard shortcut for jumping back to a previous view: CMD/CTRL + left arrow key.
Go to Advanced Processing Process Index and select Create Full Text Indexes from the list to build a new index or update an existing one. You can index PDF documents written in languages that use Roman characters or Asian characters (Chinese, Japanese or Korean).
How to edit PDF files: Open a file in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Save your edited PDF: Name your file and click the Save button. Thats it.
