hi my name is Sarah Harris and Iamp;#39;m gonna continue teaching you about final draft and basic revisions so I last left you here in this six 1:19 play documents with our title revised pages and stuff we were looking at the header and the footer and we were printing it for the first day so we had this active revision in there so after you have printed that with this all at the top you want to save it for your first day of rehearsal so weamp;#39;re gonna pretend like our first day of rehearsal is 6 2 and you want to save this 6 1 in like an old folder or something just to keep it on hand and then you want to go to the header and footer again and change this active revision just double click on it there and change it to a collated revision right because we are going to create a 6 to active revision set for 6 - so once youamp;#39;ve done that hit production revisions and hit this plus button here and then - revised revised 6 to 19 and then make sure all this is good here show
