Free payment rescheduling: While some BNPL lenders wont let you change your payment due date, Zip lets you reschedule one payment for free each calendar month. Additional payment changes made within the same month include a $2 fee, which is a lower rescheduling fee compared with other providers.
At Zip, we understand that life comes at you fast, and we want to make things easier. At least 24 hours before an installment is due, you can update your payment date in the Zip app. Your first payment date change in a calendar month is free however any subsequent changes within that same month will incur a $2 fee.
How do I increase my Zip Pay credit limit? Open the home tab and tap the profile icon in the top right-hand corner. . Tap Manage Zip Pay account. Tap Credit limit. Follow on-screen instructions if you are eligible.

Select your Zip Pay account. Tap on Edit Repayments. Select the preferred schedule type (Choose your repayments or Fee Waiver). Review and adjust your schedule to suit your preference.
If your purchase amount is more than the available funds in your Zip account, you can make a co-payment with your debit card to cover the difference and complete your purchase.
