Editing an Expense in a Draft Report On your docHub account homepage, select Drafts. On the My Expense Reports page, select the Name of the expense report you want to open. Click the Edit icon under the Expense column next to the expense line you want to edit.
Open the file that has the template using your Microsoft PowerPoint. Select the View tab and navigate to Slide Master. Click Slide Master. Edit or Change the existing words, elements, background styles, fonts, and color palette from the Slide Master.
You can edit a PowerPoint template easily by right clicking over the file name and clicking on Edit instead of New. Alternatively, you can open the . pot file from the File menu in PowerPoint and then click Open.
Apply the template to existing slides, if any Open the file that contains the existing slides. Click the thumbnail pane and then select the slides you want: To select this. Copy the selected slides (Ctrl+C). Switch to the new file, right-click the thumbnail pane, and under Paste Options select Use Destination Theme:
Go to File Info. Select Protect presentation. Select Enable Editing.
Tap the Expense Reports tab. Scroll through the list of expense reports, and tap an expense report to open and edit.
